Dovetail.com is a platform for qualitative research and UX research analysis. It helps teams collect, organize, and analyze data from a variety of sources such as:

Interviews: Recording, transcribing, and analyzing user interviews.
Focus groups: Organizing and analyzing data collected during focus groups.
Usability Testing: Analyzing usability testing videos and protocols.
Conversation-based research: Analyzing conversations, e.g., from customer support chat rooms.
Dovetail provides tools for:

Audio and video transcription: Automatic and manual transcription of recordings.
Data organization: The system allows you to organize and structure data from different sources, grouping it by topic and keywords.
Collaboration: Enables team collaboration on projects.
Data Analysis: Allows you to identify key themes, insights, and patterns from the collected data.
Reporting: Generates reports that visualize research findings and aid in decision-making.
Dovetail allows you to upload (manually or automatically via Zapier) raw data in all formats - video, audio, pdf, CSV with qualitative and quantitative data, etc.

Automatically transcribes and allows you to perform textual analysis. You can create a taxonomy - both global and separate for each project. With two levels of hierarchy (i.e., categories and tags in this category, no more levels are allowed).

You can automatically create graphs with your findings. And you can format insights into text articles with links to evidence (quotes, photos, video or audio excerpts, documents, etc.). These articles are automatically saved to a separate link, like a webpage that all your stakeholders have free access to on a view only basis. And you can also store and manage the user base there, like a table, but they link to the studies from the database in which they participated
